It was definitely a drill. The first two suspects were Sunil Tripathi and Mike Mulageta. Mike was the naked guy they ran over. You mentioned Jahar's friends thinking it was someone else, that was Sunil, who conveniently was found dead in a pond by his home in Rhode Island. That could have been the real Jahar that they found. The first report said Jahar was shot in the throat, then they said they cut out his voicebox. But the video of Jahar in the holding cell was supposedly taken in July of 2013, there was no neck wound. They were from Chechnya, and relocated to America when Jahar was 8. He spoke perfect English. Their friend Ibrahim Todeshev was murdered by ' a 3 digit acronym ' and they called it self defense. Also, look into something called, Tango 911. T for Tsarnaev. The report went out the night they were killed, that report also named Carlos Arredondo as the killer of MIT cop Sean Collier.
